My interest in psychotherapy was awakened during my training and work in a non-profit. Above all, working with people with physical disabilities made me more aware that in addition to the physical challenges, the stress on the psyche was often even more predominant.
Emotional needs often went unnoticed, and this drove my desire to support those affected in a professional way. A few years later, I finally made the decision to continue my psychotherapeutic training and began studying at the Paracelsus Heilpraktikerschule (School for Non-medical Practitioners) in Nuremberg. I continued my education in talk and behavioral therapy, as well as methods based on depth psychology and existential psychotherapy. Finally in November 2020, I successfully passed the examination at the Nuremberg Health Department and became a licensed Non-medical Practitioner of Psychotherapy.
